Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will work internally to develop product branding and externally to expand our branding into a effective marketing campaign executed by our publisher for games in development.  The Marketing Manger will also work internally to coordinate asset development in support of the campaign and as a monitor to make sure the publisher is executing to our satisfaction.  In addition to working cooperatively with external resources the Marketing Manager will also work on creating and implementing Marketing strategies for internal projects including the Unreal Engine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the strategic development, design and implementation of product positioning, product launch, brand and market awareness, design, advertising and public relations initiatives while maintaining and expanding the positive image of the Company.
  • Increase the sales and profitability of products while providing specific industry, vendor, product and customer engagement expertise in support of our organization.
  • Further defining, developing and managing effective product positioning plans designed to best reach target customers.
  • Provide and manage competitive analysis, product launches, and strategic analysis and maintain the Company's brand by managing public relations, advertising, graphic design, visual and media communications.
  • Implementation of all marketing vehicles including online communication, advertising, product design, sales representations, trade shows, public relations, and other collateral including identification and tracking of ROI on these associated efforts.
  • Market data analysis and creating new ideas to promote our products and services.
  • Remain current on industry events and trends affecting primary customers and competition.
  • Previous experience working in a marketing role within the games industry.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • Bachelors in Business/Marketing, Communications and at least 5+ year’s relevant experience.
  • Strong strategic and analytical approach to marketing combined with an ability to quantify and measure results and effectiveness.
  • Experience with B2B software marketing.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, supervision and delegation skills.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking and ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Be able to proactively manage and direct both internal and external creative, advertising and public relations.
