How can I change my language setting?

1. While in game, click on the gear button in the upper right corner to head to your settings.
2. Under Main, you’ll find a drop-down list to select your preferred language.
3. Once you select your preferred language, the game will apply your changes.
 
Please note: The game will default to your device’s language if it is supported.

How can I get help from the Player Support team when I have issues?

Are Bluetooth controllers supported on Mobile devices?

Controllers are not supported at this time.

Does Battle Breakers support mouse + keyboard on Mobile devices?

No.

Is voice chat available on Mobile devices?

There is no in-game voice chat but the community uses Discord outside of the app.

Does Battle Breakers support rooted devices?

No, rooted devices are not supported. We’re looking into the possibility of supporting rooted devices in the future, provided we can find effective anti-cheat solutions.

Does Battle Breakers support jailbroken devices?

No, we do not support jailbroken devices.

How do I transfer my progress across platforms?

Progress is tied to your Epic Games Account. Sign into your Epic Games account on your new platform/device to access your save data. 

Can I use an emulator to play Battle Breakers?

No, this is not supported.

How can I play with my friends?

Search for your friend in-game or add your friend in the Epic Games Store.

Can I play while offline?

No. Battle Breakers requires an online connection.
