It deals massive amounts of damage to the head. Want to say it does 197(purple). It's another form of sniper. You are not suppose to run around with your head cut off spraying people with it.
The crossbow is quite balanced the way it is right now. It is 5 shots with UNLIMITED ammo. Make it semi auto will make it spamable and that would make it OP. More zoom would also make it OP due to the unlimited ammo and that you can shoot faster then a normal bolt action rifle.
The damage is quite a lot for something that needs no ammo pickup. The damage is in between the semi auto sniper (epic damage: 76) and bolt action sniper (epic damage: 110) (epic crossbow damage: 79).
I would not blame Epic if they lowered the damage on it.
Ok guys, you can say it is a fun and satisfying weapon and i agree. But it is just garbage it deals no damage for how difficult the bullet it is to hit. and after all there are just better options like the hand cannon has the same damage but is hitscan, the sniper is just better in all the aspects, and the hunting rifle is literally the same but better. And the fact that it has infini te ammo doesn't matter **** sice you won't be spamming snipers that much anyway. Yes sure id you like it you can use it but please PLEASE at least admit it is garbage and outclassed by other weapons. ( btw I am not willing to offend anyone in any way ) and sorry for the bad english

yes I can agree with you that it is outclassed by the bolt and hunting rifle, however damage wise it beats out the semi auto sniper by a decent amount. Also it outclasses the Handcannon with the damage drop off. So while I do understand your point, I dont think I can admit that the crossbow is garbage
