So if you're receiving the "this account is already linked to an epic games account" error for xbox and playstation - here's the fix

Sign out of/Disconnect all accounts from Epic Account you created:

If you've already created one, sign in to the epic games account you created and unlink twitch/all other accounts.

Login to Epic Games via xbox live/playstation account:

If you're on xbox, login via this link (https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/linkXbl) using your xbox live credentials (email and password associated w your gamertag).

Use this link if you're on Playstation (https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/linkPsn) - sign in using the credentials associated w your PS account.

After you login via xbox/PS, you will most likely be prompted to finish setting up your epic games account. It will ask you to enter your first and last name, an email address and create a password. *Don't use the same email you used to create a previous epic games account, use a fresh email*

Connect Twitch and Amazon Prime Accounts: (If you don't do this you won't receive your loot)

Make sure your twitch account is connected and setup as a twitch prime account. Visit this link: https://twitch.amazon.com/prime and click the link on the right-hand side of the screen to either start a free 30 day trial of Amazon Prime or follow the link for Already an Amazon Prime Member? (see attached images)

Once you click the appropriate link, you will be prompted to either create or sign in to your Amazon Account.

After you've signed into Amazon Prime, you'll be prompted to sign-in to your twitch account and approve access between Twitch and Amazon Prime.

Link Twitch Prime Account to New Epic Games Account created from Gamertag:

Once you've made sure Twitch is associated with your Amazon Prime account, you'll need to link it to your epic games account via this link: (https://www.epicgames.com/account/connected)

MAKE SURE YOU'RE SIGNED IN TO EPIC GAMES WITH THE ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR XBOX GAMERTAG (SEE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS "Login to Epic Games via xbox live/playstation account")

      FINALLY, CLAIM YOUR LOOT:

Once you've linked both your twitch prime and xbox/ps accounts to your new Epic Games Account you'll need to visit this link: (https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/e...tch-prime-pack)

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the option titled "Have Twitch Prime? Click here to link your account and claim your offer" - Also works via this link: https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/check-twitch-prime

You will then be prompted to authorize Epic Games to use your twitch account, select Authorize.

After clicking Authorize, you should see a screen saying: LOOT ACQUIRED (see attached photo)

      Completely and entirely
exit the game on your console and relaunch - you should see the new loot in your locker if you’ve followed all steps correctly!

            Xbox One player here.

I've tried almost every "solution" suggested on the forums here and on Reddit. It is frustrating, especially playing Fortnite and I see other people with the skin in-game.

All my accounts are correctly linked and I received the "Loot Acquired" page but no TP Loot in my locker; I've authorized the correct Twitch account to be linked with my Epic Account, successfully linked my primary Xbox Account (even though it told me to use a "valid e-mail address" several times), and claimed the offer on Twitch.

I, like many others, skipped the process of making an Epic Games account when launching Fortnite for the first time and had to work with the "Ghost account". Like stated above, I still managed to link everything before seeing the "Loot Acquired" page and after wading through the confusion it took to link said accounts.

Im not sure what to do at this point. I've emailed Epic Games Support and am somewhat patiently waiting for a solution.

Those of us still dealing with this issue have until May 2nd to get the loot in our lockers. Hopefully Epic will pull through sooner than later.

I thought it was just me because I'm really new to all of this, but it seems to be an issue with a lot of people. I am trying to get this installed on an Xbox one s with the help from my smart phone and not having any luck getting the loot package.
