You can earn vbucks in save the world through completing daily quests, daily login rewards, and progressing the story and event missions. Vbucks are the same across save the world and battle royale, you do not need to do any transferring.

There is a lot of sites where you can get free vbucks, but all the real ones requires you to do something, like doing surveys or playing games, however it takes ages and probably not worth the time. I've got about 2000 vbucks for free.
