I got the founders pack and got the code to invite to gift to a friend. My question is I'm on ps4 is there anyway to gift it to my brother on Xbox

the friend codes are via in game codes. they dont cross platform. you will have to find someone who has a xbox code and wantot trade it for a ps code.

Unlike the OPs case (PS4 to Xbox), PS4 to PC is possible. However, friend codes can only be redeemed on the platform they are sent on. SO that means either:

a.) You need to download the PC version, and send your friend code via the PC-platform
or
b.) Your friend needs to download the PS4 version, you send the code via the PS4, they redeem it on PS4, and then can go back and play on PC after.

As for your question. No, friend codes were removed from the game awhile back due to Account Compromises. Instead all editions that came with codes were given Troll Stash Llamas as compensation. If you want Save the World on that account you will have to purchase it.
