    A little over two weeks ago I sent a support email to your support asking about items missing from llama’s I have purchased and besides an automated response I’ve heard nothing.
    For a game yes in Beta I understand that two weeks is a too long timewise to be waiting for a response for issues relating to people actually supporting the development of the game. I admit to regularly buying vbucks and that’s my choice, but when I am missing items I have been awarded in said llamas you can understand my patience being so low after waiting patiently for so long can someone please get in touch to have this looked at I do have the case number.
