How do I download my account data?

You can request and download a copy of your Epic Games account data by following the steps below.

1. Sign in to your Epic Games account on the Epic Games account page (Opens in a new tab).
2. Scroll down to the Download account information section and select Request Download.
3. Wait for an email confirming that your account data is ready to download.
4. Select the link in the email to sign in to your Epic Games account again.
5. Under Download account information, select Download file.
6. A prompt to enter a security code appears. You will receive an email shortly with a security code to open this file.
7. Enter the security code and select Continue to download the PDF file.
8. Select the downloaded PDF to open the file. You now have access to review your account information.
