How parents and guardians can submit Epic Games support requests

As a parent or guardian, you can contact Epic Games Support for help with your child's account here (Opens in a new tab). 
You do not need to sign in to your Epic Games account to use this form.

1. Enter the email address registered as the guardian email on your child's Epic Games account in the Parent email field, then select Send verification email.
   Note: You must enter the email address that is registered as the guardian email on your child's Epic Games account. If you don't receive a verification email, the email address you entered is not connected to a child's account.

    
   
   
2. Copy the code you received in your guardian email inbox and paste it into the field. Click on Continue.
   
    
   

3. Select the child account you need help with.
   If you have multiple child accounts linked to your guardian email, you will see all of them listed.

   
   
4. Fill in your request details and submit your request.
   We will send our response to your guardian email address.
   

Note: If you are requesting deletion of your child's account, you can also complete this through self-service, which is faster.  Refer to How do I delete my Epic Games Account?
Note: For security reasons, you have 15 minutes to complete this form. If the session expires, you will need to start over from step 1.
