Can I get compensation if my account was compromised?

We understand how frustrating it is for your account to have been compromised, and we appreciate all players who take the time and effort to go through the account recovery process. However, the Epic Games Support Team is unable to grant compensation (in-game currency, cosmetics, etc.) to players who have had their account compromised.
