Why am I still receiving time reports after turning them off?

If you are still receiving Time Reports on the parent or guardian email, the setting may still be enabled in the child’s Epic Games account.

Time Reports must be turned off directly in the child’s Parental Controls settings.

Turn off time reports

1. Go to Epic Games Account Login (Opens in a new tab) and sign in to the child’s account.
2. Select the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Account.
4. Select Parental Controls.
5. Enter the Parental Controls PIN.
6. Select Time Reports.
7. Turn off Time Reports for Fortnite.

If you are still receiving emails

Confirm the following:

• You are logged in to the correct child account.
• Time Reports are turned off for all linked platforms.
• The email address receiving the report is linked to the correct parent or guardian account.
