How to view and manage your Epic Games support tickets

To submit/open a new support ticket, the Epic Support Assistant will first guide you through troubleshooting and self-service options. If no solution is found, it will help you open a new support ticket via email or live chat.

On the My Requests page, you can view your submitted support tickets, reply to open tickets without using your email inbox, and check their status at any time.

How to view your submitted/open tickets

  1. Sign in to your Epic Games account.

  2. Go to the My Requests page (Opens in a new tab).

  3. Select any ticket to view the full conversation.

Only support tickets submitted via your current signed-in account are shown.
If you open the My Requests (Opens in a new tab) page, but you do not see any tickets and are moved back to the support main page, this indicates the account you are logged in has not submitted any support tickets.

How to reply to a ticket that is already submitted/open

  1. Open the ticket you want to reply to from the My Requests page (Opens in a new tab).

  2. Type your message in the text field at the bottom of the conversation.

  3. (Optional) Attach any relevant files we asked for.

  4. Click Send.
