How can I get a receipt for my Epic Games purchase?

If you made your purchase through the Epic Games Store, you can resend a receipt for most real-money purchases directly from your Epic Games account. The receipt is sent to the email address associated with your Epic Games account.

Permanently free offers do not generate a receipt.

  1. Open the Transactions (Opens in a new tab) page in your Epic Games account.
  2. Under Purchase, review your transactions listed from newest to oldest.
  3. Select the purchase you need a receipt for.
    Note: If you do not see the purchase, click > at the bottom of the page to load older transactions.
  4. Select the down arrow to open the receipt details.
  5. Select Email Receipt.
  6. Check your email inbox for the receipt.
    Note: If you do not receive the email, check your spam or bulk folders.

If you made your purchase through a platform such as Apple, Microsoft, Samsung, or Sony, the receipt is issued by that platform. Please contact the platform directly to request a copy of your receipt.

For some payment methods, Epic’s payment processing partners help issue receipts. In these cases, the receipt may come from the payment provider instead of Epic Games. If your purchase was processed by a payment partner, please contact that provider directly for assistance.
