Where can I find my player ID?

Each game has a unique player ID, which is different from your Epic ID.  A player ID is used to connect your game with the content purchased in the web shop.  The Epic ID is used to identify your Epic Games account. 

Follow the steps below to find the instructions where the player ID is located in your game.

1. Open the Epic Games Store (Opens in a new tab) or access the purchase page from within the game
2. Find the content that you want to purchase
3. Select Web Shop
4. Select “Can’t find your player ID” under Link Now
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to find the player ID
