Can I get a refund on purchases made with Epic Rewards?

Yes, if a product purchased with Epic Rewards is eligible for a refund and you submit the request within 14 days, your Epic Rewards will be returned to your Rewards Balance. If those Epic Rewards have expired at the time of your refund, Epic may choose, at its discretion, to extend the expiration date for Epic Rewards.

However, if you purchased non-refundable content (like virtual currency or subscriptions), the purchase cannot be refunded, and the associated Rewards are not reversible.
