I'm getting a "You can't buy this product for the following reasons: You already own the following products" message when purchasing Fortnite packs on console

If you receive this error, it's likely that you already purchased the same bundle using the same console account while it was connected to a different Epic Games account. 

As a workaround, you can do the following:

1. Purchase the same bundle on a different platform that is connected to the same Epic Games account, such as a different console or on the Epic Games Store
2. Launch Fortnite on the platform where you made the purchase

After you launch Fortnite on the different platform, you should see the bundle shared across your connected platforms.
