Why can’t I see my Epic Games Store purchase?

If you recently made a purchase on the Epic Games Store and cannot find the content, follow these steps.

Check you are signed in to the correct account

If you have multiple Epic Games accounts, confirm you are signed in to the account used to make the purchase. Check your Transaction History (Opens in a new tab) to verify which account has the purchase record.

Check your library

  • Clear any active filters in your Epic Games library and search for the content again.
  • If the purchase is DLC or in-game content, launch the game to activate it - some content only appears after the game has been launched.
  • If you pre-ordered a game, the content becomes available on the release date and will not appear in your library before then.

Note: If you purchased content through the Web Shop, refer to Missing content purchased through the Web Shop.

Confirm your payment was processed

Check your email for a purchase receipt, or go to your Transaction History (Opens in a new tab)to confirm whether the purchase completed.

  • If there is no receipt and no Transaction History entry, the purchase did not complete. Try purchasing again.
  • If there is no receipt, but money was taken from your account, contact your bank or payment provider to verify the transaction status.
  • If you have a receipt or a Transaction History entry, the payment went through. Submit a support request and include your order number and the name of the missing content.

Note: Cash payments can take up to 5 business days to process. If it has been fewer than 5 days since your cash payment, check again after 5 days.
