How can I get a receipt for my Epic Games purchase refund?

You can log into your Epic Games account and request a resend of the refund receipt for purchases made with real money. The refund receipt will be resent to the email address associated with your Epic Games account.

To resend a refund receipt: 

1. Open the Transactions section of your Epic Games account 
2. Under Purchases, you will see your transactions arranged from most recent to oldest
3. Scroll down to locate the refund purchase you want a receipt for 
   Note: If it is not on the list, click > below the page to load older purchases
4. Click the down arrow to open the receipt for that refund purchase
5. Click Email Receipt
6. Check your email inbox for your refund receipt. 

If you don’t receive the email after a few minutes, please check your spam and bulk folders.

If you initially made the purchase and requested a refund through one of our partners (such as Apple, Microsoft, Samsung, or Sony), please contact them directly for further assistance.
