What can I do when I have a damaged Fortnite gift card?

If your Fortnite gift card seems damaged and does not have a visible code or QR code, please attempt to peel off the silver metallic strip as the code should be underneath and does not need to be scratched. If you don't see any sign of the code on the card, check the receipt provided by the retailer for a printed code.

If you peel the strip and are still unable to read the code or QR code underneath, you will need to submit a support ticket. Please be ready to provide the following:

• A clear photograph of the back of the gift card showing the damaged code.
• A clear photograph of the receipt you received upon purchase of the gift card.
