How do I check if Prime Gaming is connected to my Epic Games account?

To see if you have your Prime Gaming connected to the Epic Games account (on Epic Games side), follow the steps below:

1. Visit your Linked accounts page (Opens in a new tab) in your Epic Games account
2. Click on the Apps Tab at the top
3. Search for the Prime Game

If there is no Prime Game, it means that you don't have Prime Game connected to your Epic Games account. Epic Games Support is unable to help with linking/unlinking, issues (game redemption) or inquiries, you must contact the Prime support team as they are the only ones who can help.
