Epic Games Launcher download manager shows English when Chinese is selected

Some players may see the Download Manager in the Epic Games Launcher appear in English even when the language is set to Chinese - Simplified or Chinese - Traditional.

You can try the workaround below while this issue is being resolved.

1. Open the Epic Games Launcher.
2. Open Settings.
3. If the language is set to (System Default) Chinese - Simplified or (System Default) Chinese - Traditional, change it to the same language option without (System Default).
4. Restart the launcher.

If the issue continues after selecting the language manually, it may be related to a known issue we are currently investigating.
