Why is my Rocket League account banned?
Epic Games works to keep Rocket League fun, safe, and fair for everyone. If a player breaks the Epic Games Code of Conduct (Opens in a new tab), enforcement action may be applied to their account.
Bans are applied on an individual basis and can be either temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of the behavior.
Temporary bans are issued for violations of the Code of Conduct. These bans can include game bans or chat bans and may last up to 30 days. Once the ban expires, access to Rocket League is automatically restored.
Permanent bans are not reversible. These are typically issued for serious violations, such as cheating or repeated misconduct.
