Why didn't I receive Rocket League Season Rewards?
If you did not receive your Season Rewards, check each of the following before contacting support.
- Match and win requirements
- You must earn 10 wins at your rank or higher for each rank tier you want rewards for. Only wins in Competitive Playlists count.

- Timing
- Rewards are distributed at the start of the new Season and may take 1-2 days to arrive. Wait until after this period before following up.
- Account linking
- If you recently unlinked or relinked platform accounts, your Season Rewards eligibility may have been affected. Rewards are tied to your account configuration at the time the Season ended.
- Terms of Service
- Accounts that violated the Epic Games Terms of Service (Opens in a new tab) are not eligible for rewards.
