Why haven't I received my TikTok drops on Rocket League?

You can earn Rocket League Drops by watching eligible livestreams on TikTok channels that have Game Rewards enabled. Drops are not added automatically to your Epic Games account. You must claim the reward code on TikTok and redeem it in Rocket League.

Check your eligibility

  1. Make sure you watched a TikTok livestream with Game Rewards enabled.
  2. Confirm you have met the requirements to earn the drops.
  3. Open the Rocket League game details page on TikTok to view:
    • Claimed rewards
    • Available reward codes

Note: The Rocket League game details page on TikTok is only available on mobile devices. If you do not see a code right away, codes may be temporarily unavailable.

Redeem your TikTok Drop code

  1. Open Rocket League on your platform.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Extras.
  4. Select Redeem Code.
  5. Enter the code from the TikTok Rocket League game details page.

Check your inventory

If the code was accepted, but you do not see the item:

  1. Open your Garage.
  2. Check if the item is archived.
