How to submit a Fortnite bug report in-game

  1. Open the game menu.
    • On PC, press Esc.
    • On PlayStation press the Options button.
    • On Xbox, press the Menu button.
    • On Switch, press the + button.
    • On Mobile, press the Menu button and then the gear icon.
  2. Select the Hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines).
  3. Select Report.
  4. Select Submit a report.
  5. Select A bug on the report type.
  6. Select the reason for the bug you wish to submit.
    Note: If there is no relevant category for your issue, select other.
  7. Next you will see the screenshot taken when you clicked to submit a report which will be attached as evidence. You can use the Re-take screenshot option, if necessary.
    Note: Make sure to submit the report once the issue is visible on your screen whenever possible. Submitting video evidence is not supported by this tool.
  8. Click Continue.
  9. Select Accept to submit the report.
