Are there any accessibility settings for Fortnite?

We have a variety of accessibility settings. Here is a list of available settings to use and customize in Fortnite:

    Note: You can customize the Aim Assist Strength to increase accuracy in targeting and accessible gameplay.

    Note: Fortnite uses several audio features to provide an inclusive gaming experience for players with visual impairments. When using headphones, Fortnite’s 3D audio features may assist players to pinpoint the direction of enemies. Further, by nature of how many of the proximity based sounds work, sounds get louder the closer the player is to the source. Fortnite also has Visual queues for players with hearing impairments, which can be enabled in-game
