Are there any accessibility settings for Fortnite?
We have a variety of accessibility settings. Here is a list of available settings to use and customize in Fortnite:

Note: Fortnite uses several audio features to provide an inclusive gaming experience for players with visual impairments. When using headphones, Fortnite’s 3D audio features may assist players to pinpoint the direction of enemies. Further, by nature of how many of the proximity based sounds work, sounds get louder the closer the player is to the source.
