Fortnite Custom Maps Support

Epic Games Support can't help with lost progress or technical issues for custom maps (also called islands) not created by Epic.

To find support for a specific map:

1. In Fortnite, search for the island by name or code.
2. Select View Developer on the island thumbnail to see the creator's profile and other published islands.
3. Check the map's description for support links, such as a Discord server or community page.

If the creator doesn't offer support, the Fortnite Creative community forums (Opens in a new tab) may have answers from other players.
