How can I see all the cosmetics and items on my Fortnite account?

All cosmetics and items on your Fortnite account are visible in your Fortnite Locker, in-game. 

Currently, it is not possible to check the exact number of cosmetics or items available on the account. Epic Games Support does not have access to this information
