How do I submit suggestions and feedback for Fortnite?

You can share feedback and suggestions about Fortnite in several ways.

Email surveys
Opt in to receive feedback surveys from Epic Games directly to your email.
Go to your Account Settings, verify your email address, and enable the survey option.

User research program
Sign up at epicgames.com/site/en-US/ux (Opens in a new tab) to participate in research sessions with the Epic team.
If selected, you'll be contacted by email.

In-game surveys
Epic occasionally sends surveys directly in-game to selected players.
There's no way to request one - Epic chooses participants based on play activity.
