I'm missing an item from my Fortnite Locker

If you received a message that a Fortnite item or V-Bucks were removed from your account, refer to Why was an item removed from my account in Fortnite?
If you have multiple Epic Games accounts, confirm you are signed in to the account where the item was purchased.
If you did not receive a removal message, search your Locker using the steps below.

Search your Locker

  1. Go to your Locker.
  2. Navigate to the item type you are looking for (outfit, back bling, pickaxe, etc.).
  3. On the top right, click Sort and Filter and confirm no filters are active. Click Apply.
  4. If you still cannot find the item, filter by Archived. Items you previously hid will appear here.

If your item is still missing after following all steps, contact Epic Games Support. Include the item name, purchase date, and the platform you purchased it on.
