Can I play a Fortnite Competitive Cup without an Account Level of 350?

With Chapter 5 Season 4, all competitors are required to have a minimum Account Level in order to compete:

• Most cash prize tournaments will require an Account Level of 350 or higher in order to participate.

• Other tournaments will require an Account Level of 50 or higher in order to participate.
