Issues with TPM not being recognized

Starting on February 27th, 2025, in order to be eligible for tournaments that require an Account Level of 350 or higher (these are often tournaments that award cash prizes), you must enable TPM and Secure Boot if you’re playing on a Windows PC.

If you were already able to enable TPM on your Windows PC, but it is not being recognized by the system, please try to check your PC manufacturer’s support information or contact their support organization, here are some PC manufacturers:
