Why can I not play Ranked Solo in Fortnite Battle Royale in the Oceania region?

Starting with the Chapter 7 Season 3 update, players in the Oceania (OCE) region on all platforms will be unable to select the Ranked Solo for Battle Royale Builds and Zero Build modes. We made this adjustment to improve matchmaking health in the region.
