Why have I not received my Competitive prize?

Confirm you are eligible

Prizes are only awarded to players who met the placement or score requirement for the event. Review the event rules in the Fortnite Competitive Rules Library or the Rocket League Competitive Rules to confirm your placement qualified.

Note: Some regions and countries are not eligible to receive prizes. The Rules Library includes eligibility details for each event.

Accept your prize on the Competitive Dashboard

• Go to epicgames.com/competitive (Opens in a new tab) and sign in.
• Check for any pending prizes that require acceptance.
• Accept any available prizes.

Check your Hyperwallet account (cash prizes only)

Cash prizes are paid out via Hyperwallet. If you have a pending cash prize:

• Make sure your Hyperwallet account is set up and verified.
• Add a payment method to your Hyperwallet account if you have not done so.
• Check your Hyperwallet account for any outstanding steps or verification requests.

Timelines

Epic Games aims to notify prize recipients within 30 days of an event ending.
In some cases, results take longer to verify and process.

If you have not received a notification or your prize within 60 days of the event, contact Epic Games Support. Include the event name and your placement.
