Can I refund my Fortnite Crew subscription?

Fortnite Crew subscriptions purchased directly through Epic Games cannot be refunded.

If you cancel your subscription, you will keep access to your Crew benefits until the end of your current billing period. To cancel, refer to How can I cancel my Fortnite Crew subscription?

If you subscribed through a console or mobile platform (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Apple, ONE store), refund decisions are made by that platform. Contact the relevant platform support for their policy:
