How to return or cancel a Fortnite purchase made on the Web Item Shop?

In order to cancel or return an item please follow the steps below:

  1. Open fortnite.com/shop (Opens in a new tab)
  2. Sign-in on your account
  3. Click on the Player Icon on the top right.
  4. Select Return and Cancel Purchases
  5. Select Show Purchases.
  6. Find and select the item you want to return or cancel.
    Note: You can only return items purchased in the last 30 days and you can only cancel purchases made in the last 24 hours as long as you have not equipped the item or use in game.  
  7. A new window will open to confirm your action. Please note, this action cannot be undone once you click Yes.
  8. You will then see the Success screen, which will tell you how many V-Bucks have been credited to your account.

Your purchase will be removed and the V-Bucks will be credited to your account. You only have a maximum of 3 Return Tickets available for use on your account. You will receive an additional return ticket every 365 days, as long as you have less than 3 tickets. Outside of this, additional tickets will not be granted.

The CANCEL PURCHASE feature CANNOT be used on:

  • The Level Up Quest Pack
  • Real-money Offers in the Item Shop (Examples: Lava Legends Pack, Frozen Legends Pack, and The Laguna Pack)
  • Gifted Purchases
  • Battle Pass
  • Battle Pass Tiers
  • Loot Llamas (Save the World)
  • Event and weekly items (Save the World)
  • Fortnite Crew
  • Fortnite Festival Pass
  • Premium Reward Track
