My V-bucks did not show even after I redeemed my secondary code on PlayStation or Xbox

If your V-Bucks aren't showing up, try these steps:

1. Sign in to Fortnite on the same platform where you redeemed your secondary code.
   • This will trigger the V-Bucks redemption if you logged into the right Epic Games account.
2. Check any other Epic Games accounts you may have.
   • If the V-Bucks were added to the wrong account you need to submit a support request to our team.
