Where are the extra % of V-Bucks advertised on my V-Bucks card or Store Purchase?

When a V-Bucks card or Store purchase advertises a percentage bonus - such as "25% extra" or "bonus V-Bucks included" - that bonus is already factored into the total V-Bucks shown on the card or at checkout. The number displayed is the full amount you will receive. No additional V-Bucks are added on top.

Example: A card showing "1,000 V-Bucks (includes 25% extra)" grants 1,000 V-Bucks in total. The bonus is already built into that number.

If the V-Bucks balance in your account does not match the amount shown on your card or purchase confirmation:

1. Sign out of Fortnite and sign back in to refresh your balance.
2. If the balance is still incorrect, refer to How to redeem a V-Bucks card to confirm the card was redeemed correctly.
