Why can't I buy an item which is showing on the Fortnite Item Shop website?

If you receive an error "Something went wrong. We were not able to complete this transaction, please try again later" when trying to purchase an item in a website version of our Item Shop, this item may not be available to buy anymore, even though you can still search for it.

Make sure to check the bottom of the item description for any end date of an item being available for purchase. And if you've missed out, don't worry - our Item Shop constantly rotates Items. If an Item is no longer available, check back frequently, as there is a good chance you will be able to buy it later.
