Why haven't I received my Twitch drops?

You can earn in-game Drops by watching the game's official broadcasts or by watching any Drop-supported Twitch channel.

If you completed all the requirements set up by Twitch to win the drops, but you still don't see them in-game we recommend you run all the checks below:

  1. Claim the drops on Twitch:
  2. Unlink Twitch from your Epic Games account and relink it:
    1. To unlink follow How to unlink a Twitch profile from my Epic Games account?
    2. To link again follow How do I link my Twitch profile to my Epic Games account?
    3. Check in-game for the drops.
  3. Make sure that your Twitch account is linked to the right Epic Games account:
    1. Open the Epic Games website (Opens in a new tab).
    2. Click on Sign-in in the top right corner and sign into your Epic Games account.
    3. Hover over your display name and click Account.
    4. Click the Linked Accounts tab.
    5. Confirm your Twitch is linked.
    6. Click the Settings tab.
    7. Save your exact account ID, which is listed under Account Information
    8. Launch the respective game on your usual platform.
    9. Find the account's ID in-game following this guide depending on the game What is an Epic Games account ID and where can I find it?
    10. Compare both IDs, if they are different IDs it means your Twitch account is linked to the incorrect Epic Games account.
  4. Check your inventory in case you received them already:
    • Sometimes drops are added to our in-game locker/inventory without notifications, so go ahead and double-check your inventory in the respective game periodically.
  5. Wait for the drops to show up in-game:
    • Each Drop should be in your Fortnite Locker right after claiming it, but it may take up to 14 days in specific cases.

Note: Players with Cabined Accounts will be unable to earn Twitch Drop rewards until a parent/guardian completes account setup.
However, depending on your age, some features may not be available until you are older. For example, you may not be able to link to services whose rules don’t allow users your age. For more information, please see Cabined accounts (Opens in a new tab).
