How do I fix matchmaking issues in Fall Guys?

If you are unable to get into matches or there aren't enough players for a game to start, you will want to have Cross-Platform Matchmaking enabled. This matches you with players on other platforms, meaning you'll get matched more often and usually faster!

To check if you have Cross-Platform Matchmaking on:

• Open the game and go to Settings 
• Select Options
• Scroll down the list to Gameplay
• Switch Cross-Platform Matchmaking to On (Recommended) 
• Save your changes, and try again!

If you have Cross-Platform Matchmaking on and you're still struggling to get matches, you may want to change your Server Region. 

• Open the game and go to Settings
• Select Options
• Server Region is the top option, and you can switch to change your region.
• Save your changes, and try again!

Note: You'll have better performance if you pick your own region, or use "Automatic" as that picks the best server for you, but if you're having trouble finding matches, you can try another region to see if there are more players there - just be aware if you're picking a region far away from you, you might see more latency or lag!
