Stuck on loading screen in Fall Guys

Make sure to synchronize your console with the date and time on the Internet.

Playstation

Refer to PlayStation Date and Time Settings (Opens in a new tab)

Check that you have the right Fall Guys Launcher. Uninstall all versions of Fall Guys you have on your console, restart, and then download again from your Game Library. This is especially important if you have played the Beta.

Xbox

Nintendo Switch

Sometimes, logging in to the Epic Games Account (Opens in a new tab) by selecting Nintendo Switch as the login option will update your account and allow you to play.

PC

If you are still stuck, the issue is likely with your security or connection. To resolve the issue, update your Windows Certificate Store by using the Windows Update application to download all available updates. Refer to Install Windows Updates (Opens in a new tab).

If you are playing on PC and using PlayStation controllers, try the following:

  1. Make sure to unplug the controller from the USB port before launching the game
  2. Restart the device or relaunch the game, and then the reconnect the controller.
