Why am I missing in-game currency for a game I purchased on the Epic Games Store?
If you purchased in-game currency through the Epic Games Store for a third-party game and it is not showing in your game, first check your Transaction History (Opens in a new tab) at epicgames.com/account/transactions (Opens in a new tab) to confirm the purchase was processed successfully.
If the purchase appears in your Transaction History, restart the game and check again. If the currency is still missing, contact the game developer's support team directly. Include your Transaction ID from your Transaction History to help them locate your purchase.
If the purchase does not appear in your Transaction History, the transaction may not have completed successfully.
