How do I troubleshoot iOS or iPadOS login issues?

If you are having issues logging in to an iOS or iPadOS device, here are some troubleshooting steps that often fix common problems.
Note: The Epic Games Store app is currently unavailable for iPad in Japan.

  1. Update Safari: Update to the latest version of Safari (Opens in a new tab)
  2. Make sure your device is up-to-date by following the steps in Apple's article Update your iPhone or iPad (Opens in a new tab).
  3. Reinstall the game through the Epic Games Store: 
    1. Uninstall the game
    2. Tap on the Epic Games Store on your home screen
    3. Select the game to install
    4. Tap Install to download and install the game to your device
