A game in my Epic Games Launcher library appears as "unavailable"

If you notice that a game you have already purchased and want to play is listed as "Unavailable" in your Epic Games Launcher library, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

Keep in mind that a game may show up as "Unavailable" if there are region restrictions placed and handled by the developer of the game. Please note that Epic Games Player Support can't remove these upon request.

1. Confirm that both our services and the respective game's services are all online and working as expected. For Epic ecosystem, visit our status page Epic Status Page (Opens in a new tab).

2. Sign out of the Epic Games Launcher and then sign back in.

3. Switch between the Epic Games Launcher's library and the Unreal Engine.

   If you have Unreal Engine installed, switching between the Library and Unreal Engine tabs in the Launcher can resolve this issue.
   If you are using the Epic Games Launcher Preview, switch between the Library Section and the Develop section.
