Achievements are not updating in the Epic Games Launcher

Check if Achievements is a supported feature for the game

Some games with achievements may not be unlockable in the Epic Games Launcher. To check if the game has the Achievements supported, check the game's Epic Games Store page, and either look for the Achievements tab on the top or tag listed under Features.

Achievements not syncing or updating

If your achievements are not updating, your game data may not be synced yet.

1. Launch the game where achievements are not updating.
2. Stay connected to the internet and play normally.

After the game is launched while online, achievements and progress can take up to three (3) days to sync and appear in the Epic Games Launcher.

If achievements still do not update after three days, refer to Troubleshooting the Epic Games Launcher.

Information that may be delayed

• Total unlocked game XP and achievement count
• Platinum achievements
• Individual achievement unlocks or progress

If achievements are not unlocking inside the game itself, contact the game developer for help.
