I didn't receive the gift that my friend sent on the Epic Games Store

1. Open the Gifts (Opens in a new tab) page on your account.
2. Review the Received section to confirm whether the game appears in your list of gifts.
   Note: Make sure you are logged in to the correct Epic Games account.
3. Open the Epic Games launcher on your PC or the Epic Games Store page on a web browser.
   • On the Epic Games launcher, click the Profile on the top-right corner. This will show a drop-down menu and then click Gifts.
   • On the Epic Games Store web browser, click your display name on the top-right corner. This will show a drop-down menu and click the Gifts.
4. Find the gift in the Unopened tab and accept the gift.
   • Go to your library and check that the game is added.
   • If it is an in-game item, log in to the game and check that you have received the gift.
