If you are receiving an AS error code in the Epic Games Launcher, find your specific code below.

Other AS errors

If you are seeing a different AS error, it typically indicates a network configuration issue or webcache that needs to be cleared.

1. Exit the Epic Games Launcher by right-clicking the system tray icon and selecting Exit.
2. Press Windows key + R and type %localappdata% to open File Explorer.
3. Open the Epic Games Launcher folder, then the Saved folder.
4. Delete the webcache folder.
5. Restart your computer and launch the Epic Games Launcher.
