IS-MF03-32 or IS-MF03-5 (in Epic Games Launcher) error

This error means that antivirus, malware, or a third-party application is blocking the Epic Games Launcher from writing to the hard drive.  To resolve this, try the steps below:

1. Disable background applications. Follow the steps in How do I disable background applications? 
2. Try running the game again.  If your issue is not resolved, continue to the next step.
3. Check if your antivirus is blocking the Epic Games Launcher from writing to the drive.  For steps on how to do this, reach out to your anti-virus manufacturer.  If your antivirus is the issue, work with your antivirus manufacturer for a resolution.  If your antivirus is not the issue, continue to the next step.
4. Reinstall the Epic Games Launcher.  Follow the steps in How do I reinstall the Epic Games Launcher?
