How do I get the Meat Boy sidekick in Fortnite from the Super Meat Boy 3D purchase?

You can unlock the Meat Boy sidekick in Fortnite by purchasing or pre-purchasing Super Meat Boy 3D through the Epic Games Store on or after March 31st, 2026.

Any pre-purchase or purchase of Super Meat Boy 3D on the Epic Games Store qualifies for the promotion. The Meat Boy sidekick will be automatically granted to your Fortnite account on March 31st, 2026.

The Meat Boy sidekick may be purchasable in the Fortnite Shop at a later date.

If you have already purchased the Meat Boy sidekick from the Item Shop, you will receive a one-time grant of 1,500 V-Bucks after purchasing Super Meat Boy 3D instead of the Meat Boy sidekick.

If you gift Super Meat Boy 3D to a friend through the Epic Games Store, your friend will receive the Meat Boy sidekick in Fortnite, or V-Bucks if they already purchased the Meat Boy sidekick.
